Our client is a highly reputable Retail Solutions Company supplying visual merchandising products and shopfittings for many of the major high street fashion and retail groups throughout the Due to excellent relationships that the team have developed with their clientele and their point of difference with the market, the company is increasingly involved in large high profile projects for major national and international retailers, with an exciting and demanding opportunity having arisen for a dynamic and ambitious minded individual to join its shop-fit team at their head office. Based in the South, this role will be to target, acquire and develop new and existing business and manage these accounts to their full potential in line with targeted turnover with a clear defined strategy to ensure continued growth of the department. This position would suit individuals whom wish to rise to the challenge of a growing company working across medium sized and smaller accounts with view to drive revenue growth between £750,000 and £1,000.00 per annum.

| Qualifications |
An exceptional Business Development & Account Manager with a strong understanding of the retail industry you will have the ability to build on the turnover of the company. It is expected that a high degree of new business development experience will be required with a first rate understanding of visual merchandising and store environments essential. Ideally you will be a self confident, motivated go getter to be able to make an immediate impact in terms of growing the business, introducing new major clients and grow existing opportunities. Organisational and communication Skills are essential; High energy levels a MUST! Having come from within a sales and new business capacity in the Retail Interiors industry you will demonstrate a strong track record of sales achievement, serving Blue Chip clients at a middle management level in a fast paced and energetic environment with the ability to adapt to fast moving client requirements, with necessary project management skills and some technical knowledge.
