Based in the East Midlands, our client is now looking to recruit a POS Designer to work with their existing teams – each dedicated to Blue Chip and Major brand accounts.

Through liaison with the teams and the client you will be expected to understand and interpret client requirements and briefs to provide temporary POS ideas and solutions. This will involve you working on projects from start to finish – design to development, with the support of the existing teams and their in-depth knowledge of the clients.  

You will have built up a strong knowledge of the industry over the years to be able to think on your feet and hit the ground running with a strong desire to exceed client expectations, with the ability to accept briefs and complete designs within tight deadlines under minimum supervision.

Experience with AG/Kasemake is essential to the role with an understanding of production processes such as Silkscreen, Litho, Die-cutting a strong advantage.

You will be pro-active in your work, an efficient communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships with a good commercial awareness working on own initiative as well as within a team, with an flexible approach to your work.
