Job Description
An opportunity to join a dynamic retail supplier specialising in the design and manufacturer of bespoke projects within the retail and leisure sectors. Strongly focused on growth and goals and with several specialist sales divisions within the group, they are renowned within this sector.
 
Over the last 20 years the company has become a leading player through providing innovative retail solutions across the UK and around the world. Working with multiple leading brands, our client focuses on maximising client’s retail performance and understanding their needs, delivering high quality products and services throughout.  With its state of the art technology and strong UK manufacturing base, they handle the complete process from creative development and prototyping through to equipment installation.
 
This is a senior role for someone currently at managerial level to come in and head up sales for the Hotel and Leisure division of the business, the role will lead to directorship. This division of the company is stand alone and has sales in the region of £5 million, for which you will be ultimately responsible. A replacement role, you will be expected to pick up where your predecessor left off therefore experience and knowledge if this sector and is an absolute must. Clients are diverse and range from budget hotels right up to the luxury end of the market for whom the company supplies bespoke joinery and furniture.
 
Qualifications

Already used to dealing with the purchasing influencers specifically within hotel and leisure, you will have an understanding of how this sector operates and be used to dealing with major clients who are primarily hotel chains, franchisees, and boutique hotels. You will need to nurture the client to win more business and ensure the client is receiving the best customer care through management of the accounts and customer service teams.  

You should demonstrate a strong sales record and an ability to develop relationships. As well as dealing with clients, you will liaise with architects, designers and construction companies. You must be aware of QS practices and have good technical understanding.
