Having been established for many years, our client has become a leading POS company supplying to the whole of the UK. The company provides 3D temporary and permanent displays for brands and retailers plus mainstream POS, having built up large client base supplying to many well known high street retailers across the UK. As the business continues to expand our client is on the look out for an exceptional individual with a strong passion for POP/POS to head up their highly dedicated, successful Design team. An opening has recently arisen for a senior creative to take on the role as Design Manager, to assist and provide management support for the team, responsible for the creation of imaginative retail solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands.

| Qualifications |
The ideal candidate must be up for a new challenge, with a strong design background and a clear understanding of all areas of the Point of Sale Industry with vast experience of manufacturing in various mediums within the Sector. You must be confident, charismatic and energised, and lead by example, with a proven track record of successful customer and man management. Our client is therefore looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with good all round communication and strong leadership skills - you must be highly confident liaising with clients and colleagues with excellent verbal communication important to the role. You will work well as part of a small team and have the ability to cope under extreme pressure. You must be seen to be passionate about your work and be highly focussed on customer care, and personal development with a friendly and professional manner; experienced across the board. Freehand visualisaiton and 3D Studio max skills are essential with a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
